Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Booking Appointments - A non-refundable retainer 50% of all services is required to secure appointment - The remaining balance is due one week before scheduled appointment - Appointments are not scheduled until the deposit is received Cancellations & Rescheduling -Cancellations made withing 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. -Rescheduling is allowed one time if notice is given 7 days before scheduled appointment. -No shows or late cancellations will require full payment before booking any future appointments. Day of Appointment Please arrive on time and with a clean, makeup-free face. -Clients arriving 15 min late may lose their appointment time and deposit ( For every 15 min it will be a $25 fee if time permits) Travel & on-site Services -Travel Fees may vary -Parking fees ,if applicable , must be paid by client. Bridal & Group Bookings (if applicable) -A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your event date. -The final headcount and payment are due 7 days before event date. Refunds -All payments are non-refundable, bu transferable once if rescheduled properly. -Services rendered are non-refundable under any circumstances Photos & Consent -Photos or videos may be taken before/after for portfolio and social media purposes as well as website page.
